*Reported failure was the output is not detected by the system.
*This controller is part of the 9600 compressor system driving 8F cryopump from 
  TRIKON SIGMA FxP Alu system.
*Removed the cover and found inverter as the main electronic part.
*Isolated the inverter and power up. No output, confirmed faulty.
*The inverter is obsolete, can't find online.
*Searched for alternative inverter that have same specs.
*Programmed the alternative inverter to function as original.
*Unit successfully repair and running in the system.
