*Sent to Singapore -repair unsuccessful. Sent to Canada -repair unsuccessful too.
*Our department step-in. Studied, analyzed, components level tshooting done.
*Fast forward -->Found microcontroller chips causing the failure.
*The pcb has been working after replaced. Prevented company for buying new pcb.
*Saved USD 18K.
